From the North (Brighton, Flint, Whitmore Lake)
- US-23 South to the Plymouth Road Exit (Exit number 41)
- Turn right on Plymouth Road (heading west now, towards Ann Arbor)
- Turn Left at the 4th stop light, Nixon Road
Next follow directions Upon entering Pfizer Ann Arbor campus located below.
From the South (Milan, Saline, Toledo Area)
- US-23 North to the Plymouth Road Exit (Exit number 41)
- Turn left on Plymouth Road ( heading west now, towards Ann Arbor)
- Turn Left at the 4th stop light, Nixon Road

From the East- Two Possibilities:
From I-94 (Detroit Area, Ypsilanti, Belleville, Westland)
- I-94 West to US-23 North
- US-23 North to the Plymouth Road Exit (Exit number 41)
- Turn left on Plymouth Road (heading west now, towards Ann Arbor)
- Turn Left at the 4th stop light, Nixon Road
Next follow directions Upon entering Pfizer Ann Arbor campus located below.
From I-96 (Canton, Plymouth, Northville, North side of Detroit Area)
- I-96 West will turn into M-14 West
- Turn onto US-23 South
- US-23 South to the Plymouth Road Exit (Exit number 41)
- Turn right on Plymouth Road (heading west now, towards Ann Arbor)
- Turn Left at the 4th stop light, Nixon Road

From the West (Dexter, Chelsea, Jackson, etc.)
- I-94 East to M-14 East
- M-14 East to US-23 South
- US-23 South to the Plymouth Road Exit (Exit number 41)
- Turn right on Plymouth Road ( heading west now, towards Ann Arbor)
- Turn left at the 4th stop light, Nixon Road

Upon entering Pfizer Ann Arbor campus
- Stop at the Security Checkpoint. Tell the guard you are a research volunteer, and your destination is the Clinical Research Unit in Building 50.
- Turn Right at the first stop sign and proceed to the back of Pfizer (road twists and turns. Always stay to the right). Follow the signs to the AA Clinical Research Unit.
- Go to the Second Stop sign (back of Pfizer). Proceed though. Road makes an “S”- left than right.
- The Clinical Research Unit is located behind the gray modular building on your left. The clinic is a one story, tan colored building with black colored windows. Park in front of the clinic building in the spaces designated for clinic volunteers. There is a white sign locating the Ann Arbor CRU at the end of the entry sidewalk.
